Objective

Business Management 10 cr
Objective of the course is to provide students with an understanding of basic theories and principles by which businesses are organized and managed in modern society. The students will demonstrate competency by analyzing management functions, principles and processes from a cross cultural perspective.

Content:
Management functions. Market environmental factors that affect businesses. Compare and contrast management styles. Management of multi-cultural team and project management.

This course consists of two parts: Digital Project Management(5 cr) and Digital Transformation ( 5 cr).
