Objective
The Student:
- understands how the individual can preserve and increase their competence and readiness to develop using Resource-strengthening methods
- can account for the main ideas of individual and group-based social pedagogical methods
- understands what characterizes the adult as a learning individual, can use dialogue-based methods in the meeting with the adult
- understands the value of self-government as a principle in the meeting with the adult and how the social worker can support self-control principles in social pedagogical work
- is prepared to lead and motivate personnel teams
-can, based on Motivational Conversations as a conversation method, stage a conversation and dialogue with the adult as an individual as well as with groups
- masters key tools of the conversation method
- have a positive approach to their own and others' development potential
- understands the connection between the choice of strategies and social sustainability thinking
