Objective

Student:
- can, based on case descriptions and simulation exercises, assess (identify and analyze care needs), plan, implement and evaluate the patient's care, and as part of a team perform the necessary evidence-based care measures
- can use technical equipment and perform central care measures in medical and surgical care
- can resuscitate patients in simulated situations
- can perform different types of sampling and has insights into the importance of laboratory examinations in patient care
- has knowledge of the areas of use of medical radiation and radiation protection

Content

Simulation exercises based on case
IV cannulation, iv drugs, iv antibiotics and infusion solutions
Blood transfusions
PICC and CVK
Use of perfusor
Inhalation drugs
Fluid balance sheet
CPR-D + (cardiopulmonary resuscitation, defibrillator and IV drugs for resuscitation, and monitoring during and after resuscitation)
Patient preparation and preanalytical factors, sampling and the most common laboratory examinations
Medical radiation and radiation protection

The student has a superficial knowledge of the subject (by heart reading)

The written work and the possible opponentship show something out of the ordinary (technical execution, oral presentation, mature reflections, independent working methods)
