Objective
The student:
- is able to create offers related to service design as well as develop services with a multi-professional approach.
- realizes the connection between service design and business development.
- understands how service design can produce added value for the customer.
- is familiar with service design methods and is able to use them in his/her work in an innovative and creative manner.

Teaching methods
The course consists of lectures and guest lectures, discussions and group work, and production of a service design brochure for companies.

-Introduction to design thinking
-Basics of service design process
-Basics of service design tools and methods
The purpose of this course is to give students a general idea of what service design is and how it may be applied to business development. Emphasis is on understanding the way of thinking behind service design.
