The student
- considers various sustainability objectives when planning natural resources management
- uses available information and technology for cost-effective preparation of forestry plans
- can take into account the objectives of forest owners and society as a whole to formulate a tactical-strategic forestry plan
- understands the importance of the forestry plan as a support tool for advice and decision-making
- can present and explain the content and usefulness of a plan
