Objective

The student
- understands the importance of marketing in creating a network of customer relationships
- can make an effective competition and customer analysis and establish a marketing strategy for a selected company
- understands the importance of and the difference between external and internal marketing
- can evaluate the marketing process and adapt it to a sales profile and the correct customer group
- knows the most important legislation regarding consumer and competition protection
