Objective

Knowledge and understanding
- Be able to present the theoretical basis of acting, as explained by the psycho-physical method
- Be able to relate their theoretical knowledge to their own artistic experiences

Skill and ability
- Be able to analyse the achievements of others, and deliver feedback
- Be able to plan and execute a teaching session in the field of acting
- Be able to make use of the key concepts of Stanislavski’s method in order to develop a successful stage presentation
- Be able to use their emotional memory
- Be able to empathise with their character, and the character’s situation
- Be able to turn subtext into physical actions

Mindset and evaluation ability
- Understand that the major part of theatre is not the text, but all the things that can be found between the lines

-Learning by doing
-improvisation exercises in group, pair and single, which lead the student through all elements of the psychophysical method
-permanent individual feedback process with the Group and the professor
-Group discussions
-practical group work
-Portfolio method
-Reading of course litterature at the end of the cours
-Planing and implementation of an own teaching unit for the participants
