Objective

Knowledge and understanding
- Have developed the muscles of the breathing belt
- Have found their natural vocal register
- Understand the connection between posture, muscle tone and voice quality
- Understand the importance of economic muscle use
- Understand the connection between relaxation, support and resonance

Skill and ability
- Have increased their body awareness
- Be able to use breathing techniques based on the breathing belt
- Be able to make use of the resonant spaces of their bodies
- Have developed the muscles of the breathing belt and the vocal tube
- Be able to develop an individual vocal training program

Mindset and evaluation ability
- Have discovered the importance of daily training
- Understand that inhalation in is done passively, in preparation for the active exhalation
- Have developed the insight that training drills should always be connected with “mental pictures” or situations on the stage

-permanent tutorial and feedback of the Professor
-Self-analysis on the base of process-diary
-Lecture about voice and breathing organs (at the end of the course)
