Objective
The goals of this course are that the students:
-get profound insights into the leadership of organizations that work in an international and multicultural environment.
-are familiar with the importance of ethnicity, gender and age in working life.
-have insights into the importance of leadership for the increase of motivation, conflict resolution and stress management at the workplace.
-are able to communicate in English about leadership in a multicultural environment.

The examination parts are assessed on a scale of 1-5 based on the student's knowledge of the subject, the structure of the work, commitment and theoretical grounding. When presenting, the visual presentation as well as the content and clarity of the performance and are assessed. English Language skills are not assessed on the course.
