Objective

The students
- master fundamental skills of laboratory work; laboratory equipment, safety and methodology
- are able to use basic laboratory equipment
- are able to work in the laboratory carefully and systematically based on method descriptions and safety regulations
- have fundamental insights into qualitative and quantitative analyses
- are able to examine, analyze and document laboratory results
- are able to calculate contents and manufacture solutions
- have fundamental insights into organic synthesis, spectrometry, potentiometry and chromatography
- consider occupational safety
- be aware of how to make sustainable choices in laboratory work
