Objective
The student:
- knows different organisational structures and how they affect the organisation's activities
- can identify internal structures and processes based on the organisation's goals, activities and environment
- knows how to analyse and develop organizational cultures
- has deliberative and developmental leadership skills
- understands the benefits of workplace diversity, i.e. having employees who have different professional backgrounds and skills
- can apply the foundation of values and principles of professional ethics within his/her own field of profession

Students understand the principles of management and leadership and are able to critically reflect on them as well as coherently apply them in real life situations Students are able to successfully solve managerial and leadership related problems showing skills in combining theory and practice Students have a deep understanding of organizational behaviour and different organizational structures and environments.
