Objective

The student acquires a comprehensive knowledge of the organ accompaniment of hymns and music for services, by a variety playing techniques: cantus firmus, transposition and singing. Great emphasis is placed on a playing technique which presupposes and promotes active hymn singing in a service of worship. Recording technique. The student also acquires sufficient knowledge of different intonation techniques.
