Objective

The student
- can plan, implement, evaluate and document the client’s/patient’s care in occupational health care
- can identify resources and health barriers and support the health among people of working age
- has basic knowledge of how to investigate health hazards at the workplace through a workplace survey and how to conduct risk assessment at the workplace.
- respects the cultural affiliation of the client/patient
- masters safe drug therapy management and vaccination programmes within the field of occupational health care
- has insight into multiprofessional work and can form networks to promote health and wellbeing among people of working age and their families

Supervised clinical practice in occupational health care

Student workload

Practical training 40 h/week of which 2 h/week can be used for written assignments related to the course.
