Objective

The Student:
- can follow and promote the organization's goals and strategies - have knowledge of the employee's rights and obligations
-has the ability and tools to take care of one's own well-being at work and actively promote the working health of the working community - has a general readiness to interpret and apply the laws, regulations, collective agreements and other norms that regulate labour market conditions with particular emphasis on the social field

- employment agreements, collective agreements, and interest monitoring
- occupational health and guidance
- work security
- law on professionals in social care, identification, security, and reporting obligations
-central features of Finnish labour legislation
- privacy and data protection under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

A written assignment through which the student's knowledge of Finnish labor legislation is assessed, alternatively through a test.
