• The students are familiar with organizations and companies within the industry
• The students can analyze the psychological and physical work environment and are able to give proposals for development
• The students can analyze the possibilities and obstacles for workplace development
• The students have a wider knowledge in the field of interest within the industry
• The students have applied their knowledge from theoretical and practical courses in practice
• The students can carry out basic beauty care treatments and services within industry
• The students can analyze different processes of work and different situations of customer service
