Objective

The student
- is familiar at an international level with the professional field of construction and civil engineering, tasks and categories of employers and companies
- is able to work independently and take responsibility as a team member in the workplace community at an international company in the field of construction and civil engineering
- has ability to solve problems and find alternative solutions

Content

Course objectives are to convey knowledge and social skills that strengthen the student's prerequisite to understand and work in international contexts. This means, among other things:
- wit and label
- culture and working life
- working abroad
- to meet foreign colleagues
- to meet foreign customers and partners
- English
- planning and conducting study visits
- the building industry in the Nordic countries and the world
