Objective
The student:
- Has a solid self-awareness and awareness of one's own developmental potential and can identify individual needs for professional development.
- Strengthen their professional role and promote a sustainable professional identity through critical self-reflection and ethical awareness based on personal life experiences, attitudes, and values.
- Has knowledge of and understanding of interpersonal processes and the importance of one's own actions with people in vulnerable life situations.

Assessment scale: Pass/Fail
To pass, the following criteria should be met:
- The student demonstrates good self-awareness and awareness of their personal and professional development.
- The student has an understanding of their future professional identity, shows ethical awareness, and can critically reflect, justify, and analyze based on their life experiences, attitudes, and values.
- The student has good knowledge of the importance of interpersonal processes and understanding of professional communication.
- The student has developed their relational competence and realized the importance of their own actions and an empathetic approach from a sustainability perspective.
- The student has completed individual tasks and group exercises according to instructions and has shown commitment, participation, and openness during on-campus sessions.
