- Basics of vector mathematics and linear algebra
- Planes and coordinate systems, points, lines, and curves, surfaces, and solids
- Boolean operations in constructive solid geometry
Applied Algorithmic Assisted Design and Computational Problem Solving
- Case study in computational structural design and optimization
- Case study in project data management
Innovation and Future Trends
- Emerging technologies in computational structural engineering (AAD, BIM, digital twins, IoT, etc.)
- The role of computation, automation and artificial intelligence in structural engineering
- Future proofing structural engineering though computation
