Objective
The student
• Recognizes and comprehends the main legal concepts and frameworks that regulate businesses within the European Union.
• Can describe the general administration of companies and the processes involved in the distribution of assets.
• Knows the fundamental principles of contract law, including the formation and validity of contracts, and can assess the primary effects of contractual liability.
• Understands the essential consumer protection rules that safeguard the basic rights of consumers.
• Is familiar with the core regulations governing employment relationships.
