The student:
• can design features, and operative mechanism of the marine steam turbines, marine gas turbines and marine steam boilers and associated auxiliaries:
• has theoretical knowledge of thermodynamics and heat transmission
• has theoretical knowledge of heat cycle, thermal efficiency and heat balances
• has theoretical knowledge of refigerators and refigerator cycle
