Objective

The student
- is familiar with key concepts within interdisciplinary perspectives related to the course's themes
- is acquainted with new research in the field of wellbeing and happiness
- can identify central factors that promote welfare, well-being, and happiness in everyday life at both individual and collective levels

Basic theories on the relationship between welfare, well-being, and happiness
Conceptual understanding of well-being and happiness
Research on happiness and well-being
Factors that promote happiness and well-being
Factors that contribute to decreased happiness and well-being
