Objective
After passing the course, the student can:
- Know the concepts and methods of energy efficiency, and can make general calculations for this
- Know the most common methods for examining the condition of buildings
- Know the most common types of damage to buildings and facades
- Can account for the condition of a building based on surveys and propose measures
- Can assess measures and buildings, and rank measures and assess profitability
