Objective

After passing the course, the student can:
- Know the concepts and methods of energy efficiency, and can make general calculations for this
- Know the most common methods for examining the condition of buildings
- Know the most common types of damage to buildings and facades
- Can account for the condition of a building based on surveys and propose measures
- Can assess measures and buildings, and rank measures and assess profitability

Can give an account of various retrofit measures. Understands how the scope of the remediation affects the functional life of the building.
