Objective
The student
- is fully aware of harvest-generating factors
- understands how different climate factors affect the prerequisites for plant production in Finland,
including the composition of common soils in Finland
- knows which factors have affected the Fenno - Scandinavian soils during their formation

Participation, at least 80 % of the lecture time
Showed activity in discussions during the lectures
Students ability of individual and independent work is shown and reflected in the seminar work
The level of the achieved knowledge is evaluated by the written exam (at least 50 % of total points in the written exam for an acceptable level)
