Objective

The student:
* is able to make an offer and draw up a schedule and a contract for a building project and understands their importance with reference to the final outcome and overall economy.

Content

Review of general requirements, conditions and procedures for quotation request materials, quotes, schedules and contracting contracts within construction.

Review of the different types of contract that occur within construction and which agreements are best suited to the contractor versus the client, in terms of the economic and working side, which the agreement with its content binds the different parties.

To provide a quotation, timetable and contract for a construction project based on quotation request material.
