Objective
The goals of this course are that the students:
-get profound insights into the leadership of organizations that work in an international and multicultural environment.
-are familiar with the importance of ethnicity, gender and age in working life.
-have insights into the importance of leadership for the increase of motivation, conflict resolution and stress management at the workplace.
-are able to communicate in English about leadership in a multicultural environment.

The student demonstrates a competence that is related and linked to the literature
The student can reflect and motivate from his/her point of view. Student participates actively in discussions during class and shows enthusiasm in written tasks and presentation.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
The student has an immerse competence and shows a deeper understanding of the subject in relation to the upcoming profession. The student can use theoretical knowledge in reasoning and reflection.
