Objective

The aim is to provide students to learn about Finnish and Indonesian business culture through experts/ entrepreneurs sharing their experiences and hands on assignments.

The students will understand the Finnish and Indonesian business culture. Including, sustainable entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial orientation and on how to be an entrepreneur.

Content

To identify the cultural differences that are typical in doing business in Finland and in Indonesia
To examine critically the Finnish and Indonesian business environment
To apply the above theoretical knowledge on sustainable entrepreneurship and understanding to practical case of entrepreneurship

International connections

TFK project, cooperation with University of Lambung Mangkurat Banjarmasin, Indonesia

Student workload

135 hours divided into scheduled contract hours: 35 h including two workshop days and online hours. Non-scheduled work: 100 h
