-are familiar with how employment relationships are regulated in the legal system.
-are familiar with how employment contracts are regulated in the Employment Contracts Act.
-are familiar with the basics of working hours legislation.
-are familiar with the basics of occupational safety regulations.
-are familiar with the basics of the Vacation Act.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Students:
-understand how employment relationships are regulated in the legal system and can apply this knowledge to practical situations.
-have a good understanding of the regulation of employment contracts in the Employment Contracts Act and can analyze relevant labor law situations.
-have good knowledge of working hours legislation and can apply the rules to concrete cases.
-understand the basics of occupational safety and can identify relevant workplace risks.
-have a good understanding of the Vacation Act.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Students:
can deeply analyze and apply rules for employment relationships in various legal contexts and situations.
-have an excellent understanding of the Employment Contracts Act and can argue for solutions in complex contractual issues.
-possess an advanced understanding of working hours legislation and can manage and reflect on exceptions and applications in various work environments.
-have an outstanding understanding of occupational safety and can develop and propose concrete measures for improving workplace safety.
-can apply the rules of the Vacation Act.
