- Can create and present a business plan for a cultural project.
- Can write applications, make budgets and reports
- Can organise a press conference
- Can plan and implement a performing arts festival
- Recognises the importance of networks and has actively started to build one
- Understands ethical and sustainable aspects of cultural entrepreneurship
