Objective

The student:

- Integrate theory and practice in pedagogical activities by demonstrating didactic variations, analytical and critical problem solving, creative solutions and inner reflection.
- Have experience in leading group teaching
- Communicate and reflect on the teaching process and the consequences of different
options for action in group teaching
- In their practical work, demonstrate an increased analytical awareness of their ability to evaluate, question and change their own professional practice and professional development as a performing arts educator.
- Can see the individual person and their needs for performing arts work.
- Have a practical and theoretical understanding of performing arts education at different levels, purposes and target groups.
- Have the practical skills needed to plan and implement lessons based on collective creative processes.
- Can use different pedagogical methods to engage participants
- Can plan in a timely, substantive and realistic manner based on the given circumstances
- Can see each person, each function and each role as an important part of the whole
- Can collaborate with other teachers and colleagues to develop teaching methods and materials. Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability.

Content

Teaching with trainees/participants at advanced level through group teaching.
