The student:

Can, in an interprofessional team plan, execute, evaluate, document and report person-centered/client-centered care in collaboration with the patient and relatives and demonstrate a reflective and ethical approach in care

Has expertise in care in various service system

Can describe what sexual and reproductive health means in promoting individual and family health

Can describe the most common sexually transmitted diseases and their treatment

Can describe the course of normal pregnancy, the central follow-up methods and the content of health care guidance

Can describe the course of a normal delivery and care methods

Knows the basics of following up and caring for the newly-delivered woman and the newborn during normal puerperium

Has knowledge of the breastfeeding recommendations and can act as support during breastfeeding
