- has knowledge of the care process based on evidence and can document it according to national systematic electronic
care documentation system including ISBAR, FinCC
- implements an aseptic approach in working
- understands the origin and idea of clinical caring science and has basic knowledge in creating a good caring relationship
- Know the importance of ergonomic working methods, kinesthetics and show skills in moving and handling patients
