The student develops an insight and the ability to identify and address personal and interpersonal development needs. The student strengthens his/her self- knowledge while developing and adopting the ability to understand and lead people.

Basics of Behavioral Science. Self-awareness, self- reflection and personal development. Critical self-review and evaluation for personal development and for change. Personality psychology, modern test methods and other analysis for self-evaluation. Individuals in teams building networks, partnerships. Fundamentals of decision-making and communication theory.
