The student:
- has an understanding of circular economy
- can see the connection between circular economy and different perspectives on design and design-related processes
- is familiar with various theories and new research on circular economy
- is well acquainted with the UN's global goals and their sub-goals
- knows different accounting methods in sustainability
- Knows methods for, and can to some extent do, life cycle analyses, carbon dioxide emission calculations and similar methods
- knows the basics of sustainable energy solutions
- sees a strong correlation and can argue for the relationship between economy and sustainability
- is familiar with legislation concerning design and sustainability
