• The students demonstrate a basic understanding of ethical principles but struggles to apply them consistently in real-world scenarios.
• The student understands what corporate social responsible and coaching leadership are
• The student recognises strategic leadership

Assessment criteria, good (3)

• The students can explain basic leadership theories and identify their key components.
• The students demonstrate a clear understanding of ethical principles and can apply them in simple, hypothetical scenarios.
• The students can describe corporate social responsible and coaching leadership and provide examples of how it can be applied in various situations.
• The students can identify strategic leadership traits and discuss their importance in achieving long-term goals.

• The students can compare different leadership theories, discussing their strengths and weaknesses.
• The students demonstrate a thorough understanding of ethical principles and can apply them consistently in both hypothetical and real-world scenarios.
