Objective

Use key concepts of palliative care consistently and understand ethical and legal principles and their importance in patient care

Serve as members of multidisciplinary teams in palliative care operating contexts and service chains, and develop their operations as palliative care specialists in their field

Can describe treatment guidelines and the importance of an end-of-life care plan, and are able to guide patients and their loved ones accordingly

Can implement patient and family-oriented service guidance

Analyse palliative care competence and can assess their own competence and needs for competence development
