Objective

Student has
knowledge of the basic theories in service marketing and can apply a working method based on the customer's focus
knowledge of how to develop one's self-awareness and of how to work to grow in one's leadership role and be able to apply the most central parts of positive psychology theory in that work
insights into what it means to work in a project and how to get a group to develop into a performing team
skills to use different tools and methods to make her/his own thinking visible to oneself and to others.
