Objective

- introduction to the history and present of creative therapies
- introduction to the theoretical foundations of creative design therapies
- introduction to practices within creative art therapies

Content

This course is an introduction to artistic practices in therapy or educational contexts. The course includes; practical exercises, lectures and literature assignments.

Teaching methods

During six days, we use different artistic languages ​​and expressions to investigate artistic forms of therapy.
The basis of the course is holistic, humanistic and existential. In the creative work, we have a so-called phenomenological stance. That is, to meet and be with what life shows us. That the creation takes place in the moment, without performance requirements.
This course is an introduction to artistic practices in therapy or educational contexts. The course includes; practical exercises, lectures and literature assignments.
