Objective

The Student:
- is able to identify risk factors in children and families in challenging life situations and in child- and family related crisis
- can support the resources and well-being of vulnerable children and families
- can use resource-promoting methods that support the child’s psychosocial well-being in Early Childhood Education and Care
- incorporates a respectful child- and family centered interprofessional approach

- methods that support the children’s psychosocial well-being and personal integrity
- security education

- support for children and families who have experienced grief, crises, trauma, mental illness, violence and poverty
