Objective

The student:
- can produce a developmental project that is to be based on individuals´ and / or groups' needs or problems, alternatively evidence-based care or teaching in health promotion or prevention for individuals and small groups at care facilities or in the community
- shows the ability to deepen and develop the substance knowledge in the public health nurse´s areas of expertice and strengthen her/his skills in his work as an expert in health care
- develops innovatively competence in the public health nurse´s areas of expertice from a societal or working life perspective (eg within projects)
- can reflect on, maintain and apply evidence-based knowledge

Further information

Lectures and semianrs are compulsory

No maturity test and opponentship is needed for the development project
Active participation in the seminar is necessary

Novia instructions for writing theses should be used.
Uoriginal plagiarism control is used on the final work.

If the developmen project is not presented in autumn 2023 there is a possibility to present in may 2024 with another public helath nurse group
