Objective
Student:
- can work in accordance with the care profession's values, ethical principles and directives and can evaluate how they are realized in the daily care work.
- has knowledge of and can make a basic assessment of human basic needs and vital functions, has knowledge of central care methods in basic nursing care and can apply them in the holistic care of the patient
- can assess the patient's nutritional status and plan and implement nutritional treatment
- can perform basic wound care
- can identify, assess and manage the patient's pain
- can act aseptically and motivate the actions
- understands and masters the principles of infection control, ergonomic working methods, rehabilitative care and sustainable development as part of care
- can use the nursing process in the documentation of the patient's care and in an appropriate way document the patient's nursing process and master the care documentation system
- can assess, plan, implement and evaluate care in a simulation situation
- understands the importance of sustainable development in healthcare
