Student
- understands the importance of leadership in midwifery
- can assess the work group's resources, prioritize the tasks and the responsibilities they bring
- can identify the main principles for planning, organizing and managing operations, and have readiness to lead the work
- can coordinate and be responsible for a continuous care of the patient as a whole
- can account for management principles, the working methods of working life and can work in the work community
- can develop and understand the importance of internal and external entrepreneurship
- Understands the importance of change in healthcare and can function responsibly in the event of changes

The student has followed the instructions for the written work and shows that she has mastered the substance. The written work and the possible opponentship show something out of the ordinary (technical execution, oral presentation, mature reflections, and independent working methods)
