Objective

The student:
* is familiar with the tasks and responsibilities (including work safety) of a construction manager as a supervisor
* has a realistic picture of the tasks of a construction manager as a supervisor based on basic theoretical knowledge and practical experience of tasks on a larger building site.

Content

- To draw up an exact timetable for a high-rise project based on contract documents
- Is aware of the investigation procedure from A to Z in a high-rise and residential building
- The student has a strong grasp of the construction regulations' safety regulations
- Is aware of the supervisor's responsibility for his employees and third person (applies especially to sanitation of buildings containing asbestos, fungi and microbes)
- Given the current problems with mold, etc., the students should know how to build quality in order to avoid such problems
- Know the construction machinery's safety regulations regarding the use
- Has full control of good leadership, ie how to lead different employees individually as individuals and as a work community to keep timetables, quality, work safety and finances for the entire project
- How does a good supervisor lead a high-rise building with all its challenges
