Objective

Knowledge and understanding
- Be able to see people as individuals, and identify their needs
- Have moved the focus from themselves towards their actors/students
- Have gained a practical and theoretical understanding of theatre education on different levels
- Have an increased knowledge about group dynamics
- Be able to explain the theory of biological leadership

Skill and ability
- Be able to plan rehearsals/lessons with a functional dramatic arc
- Be able to make plans that make realistic use of time, content, and the given circumstances
- Be able to be flexible make conscious use of alternative leadership strategies
- Be able to integrate theory and practice in their pedagogical thinking
- Have gained an increased analytical awareness of their ability to evaluate, question and change their own professional practice as theatre pedagogues
