Objective

The goals of this course are that the students:
-are prepared to understand the concept of life-long learning, and are able to reflect on their own learning process.
-understand, and are able to evaluate, different learning theories and how these can affect individuals and their experience of different pedagogical activity.
-have the ability to critically examine the effect of their own pedagogical strategies.
-command central concepts within pedagogy as a scientific area and as a practical activity.

- Reflection on own and others' learning
- The role of the bachelor of social services as a supporter of the learning and development of others
- Learning styles and strategies
- Multiple intelligences
- Life-long learning from the micro- and macro perspective
- Learning theories and their relevance to the area of social services

The student demonstrates superficial competence and basic understanding of the subject

The student has an immerse competence and shows a deeper understanding of the subject in relation to the upcoming profession

Final evaluation is based on approved presence at occasions that demands obligatory presence. Approved lifeline analysis and approved homexam

Student shows clarity and maturity in understand, above what is the usual. Can reflect upon pedagogical phenomena in a deep way
