Objective
The goals of this course are that the students:
-get profound insights into the leadership of organizations that work in an international and multicultural environment.
-are familiar with the importance of ethnicity, gender and age in working life.
-have insights into the importance of leadership for the increase of motivation, conflict resolution and stress management at the workplace.
-are able to communicate in English about leadership in a multicultural environment.

to be approved in this course the student is
- approved in diversity and equality plan assignments, participated in the workshop and presented their work. Students have also shown that they can have a conversation on their subject in the English language.
The examination parts are assessed with a score of 1-5 based on the student's knowledge of the subject, the structure of the work, commitment and theoretical grounding. When presenting, the visual presentation as well as the character and content of the performance and clarity are assessed. Language skills in English are not assessed on the course.

The student demonstrates superficial competence and basic understanding of the subject. The student participates in discussions during class and turns in tasks in time and according to instruction

The student demonstrates a competence that is related and linked to the literature. The student can reflect and motivate from his/her point of view. Student participates actively in discussions during class and shows enthusiasm in written tasks and presentation.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
The student has an immerse competence and shows a deeper understanding of the subject in relation to the upcoming profession. The student can use theoretical knowledge in reasoning and reflection
