By the end of the course, the student is expected to
• develop an open and critical attitude to art and culture and their role in society
• be familiar with relevant research methods and able to make use of relevant professional skills and knowledge in the field of research methods
• formulate independent and creatively relevant research questions
• document and critically review methods and results within their field

Relevant research methods in the visual field. Research questions, overall plan of a planned thesis.
