Baroque singing as a specialization for classical singers is approached through bel canto technique. Historical sources are studied from a singing technical point of view together with the singing voice's physiological and bel canto-based uses. Students learn a sustainable way to sing early music.

Lisääntynyt osaaminen ja tietämys kansanmusiikin yhtye- ja yhteissoitossa

Opi lisää kansanmusiikin yhtye- ja yhteissoitosta. Kurssi on suunnattu musiikkipedagogeille ja musiikin parissa toimiville, jotka haluavat syventää osaamistaan
kansanmusiikin yhteissoitossa tai kaipaavat vinkkejä ja tukea omaan työhönsä. Voit osallistua kurssille myös, jos haluat yleisesti laajentaa tietämystäsi aiheesta. Kurssille voi osallistua millä tahansa soittimella.

Kurssilla työstetään ohjelmistoa yhtyeille musisoimalla yhdessä. Osallistumalla kurssille saat tukea ryhmämusisoinnin ohjaamiseen sekä yhtyekäyttöön soveltuvaa ohjelmistoa. Kurssilla perehdytään perinteisiin soitto- ja laulutyyleihin sekä käydään ohjelmistoa läpi melodiasoittajien ja säestyksen näkökulmista. Käymme läpi sovitusmalleja sekä erilaisia musiikillisia lähestymistapoja. Työtapoina käytämme sekä korvakuulolta että nuottien avulla omaksumista. Kurssilla tutustutaan kansanmusiikin historiaan sekä annetaan vinkkejä, ideoita sekä mahdollisuuden inspiroitua muiden kansanperinteestä kiinnostuneiden kanssa. Kurssilla opetetaan suomeksi ja ruotsiksi, ja se sisältää materiaalia molemmilla kielillä. Materiaalit jäävät osallistujien käyttöön.

Työkaluja kansanmusiikin käyttöön opetuksessa, matalalla kynnyksellä! Kurssi on suunnattu sinulle, joka haluat käyttää opetuksessasi enemmän perinnemusiikin sisältöjä sekä laajentaa osaamistasi kansanmusiikin saralla.

Osallistumalla kurssille saat käyttöösi monipuolisen kansanmusiikin työkalupakin koulukäyttöön. Kurssilla tutustutaan kouluille suunnattujen materiaalien avulla perinteeseen, eri työskentelytapoihin kansanmusiikin parissa sekä tarjotaan välineitä kansanmusiikin ja kansantanssin soveltamiseen opetuksessa. Tältä kurssilta saat vinkkejä, ideoita sekä mahdollisuuden inspiroitua muiden kansanperinteestä kiinnostuneiden kanssa. If you want to improve your lyric writing skills or are new at it, this course is for you! with the guidance of songwriter Eva Louhivuori, you will get a deeper insight into the art of lyric writing. The assignments will give you tools to get over writers blocks, expand your lyrical library and develop your understanding of what lyric writing is about. Course is in english, but you can work lyrics in Finnish as well. The assignments happen both in groups and individually.
